All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us at gwondr@contact.nl within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
